Devices & Stations¶

UC-DEV-01 Register station¶

As an org administrator, I want to register a station with name and location, so that edge sync has a known endpoint in my org.

UC-DEV-02 Register device¶

As an org administrator, I want to register a tablet (manufacturer, model, serial) and optionally link it to a station, so that the platform tracks hardware inventory.

UC-DEV-03 Assign device to user¶

As an administrator, I want to assign a device to a member as current assignment, so that only that user sees tablet data and screenshots.

UC-DEV-04 View device status¶

As an administrator, I want to see telemetry/status for devices, so that I know if hardware is online or failing.

UC-DEV-05 Upload and view screenshot¶

As a member (or system via tablet), I want screenshots stored per device, so that AI and profile views can show latest page content.

Constraint: Screenshots per day may be limited by plan.

UC-DEV-06 Control tablet remotely¶

As an administrator, I want to start/stop tablet server proxy and manage files via Device → tablet API, so that I can support field devices without physical access.

UC-DEV-07 Unassign or reassign device¶

As an administrator, I want to change device assignment when staff changes roles, so that data access stays correct.
