UC-BRD-01 Create project¶

As a member, I want to create a project owned by me or my org, so that boards are grouped logically.

As a member, I want to add a board under a project, so that the team has a canvas for ideas.

As a member, I want to place sticky notes on the board, so that we capture items visually.

As a member, I want to start a board session, so that realtime collaboration is scoped in time.

As a member in session, I want operations (move note, edit text) broadcast to others, so that we see live changes.

As a member, I want to see who is on the board, so that I avoid edit conflicts.

As a member, I want snapshots at points in time, so that we can restore or compare versions.
